Hi, I’m LaTosha, the founder of Bare Canvas Electrolysis.
My journey with electrolysis began in 2016 when I started treatments for unwanted facial hair. What began as a personal solution quickly became a life-changing experience— my skin improved, but more importantly, so did my confidence.
Inspired by my own transformation and the people around me, I decided to turn that experience into a purpose. I became a licensed electrologist to help others feel the same sense of freedom and self-assurance that I found.
Bare Canvas Electrolysis was created to be more than just a service—it’s a space where everyone is welcome. I proudly serve women, men, first-time clients, and the transgender community, offering a safe, comfortable, and judgment-free environment.

Your comfort journey begins long before you arrive and continues long after you leave. We create a calm, stress-free preparation environment for you, followed by luxurious, dedicated aftercare that ensures your body feels beautifully restored, comfortable, and perfectly relaxed.
Pre-Care Advice
Stop shaving 3 days before your treatment.
Drink plenty of water to help the treatment work effectively.
Arrive with clean, exfoliated skin. Do not use skin oils.
Skip retinoids before treatment to reduce skin sensitivity.
After Care Advice
Avoid touching, scratching, or picking at the treated skin.
Use a cold pack to ease swelling, itching, or heat.
Wipe with witch hazel, then apply aloe vera. Wait before washing.
Stay away from swimming, hot tubs, and steam rooms for 48 hours.
Use an antibiotic cream or warm Epsom salt compress if pustules develop.
